The bit of waste removal that matters is not the van, it is the registration. If your waste is fly-tipped after it leaves your property, the liability comes back to you as the person who produced it, and the defence is that you checked your carrier was registered and kept the transfer note. A man with a van and no paperwork is a risk you are carrying, not a saving.
We are registered with the Environment Agency, we issue a compliant waste transfer note for every load, and we keep our copies for the two years the law requires. And because we are a groundworks firm, we can take the hardcore, soil and rubble that most van clearance operators will not touch.

Is this cheaper than hiring a skip?
On most domestic jobs, yes. With a skip you pay for the skip, a council permit if it goes on the road, and you fill it yourself. With us you pay for the volume we actually take, we load it, and there is nothing left on your driveway or the street.
How do I know my waste is disposed of legally?
Ask for the carrier's Environment Agency registration and check it on the public register, which anyone can search free. Then keep the waste transfer note. If waste with your name on it is later fly-tipped, that note and that check are your defence. We give you both without being asked.
Can you take soil, rubble and concrete?
Yes. Heavy inert waste is a normal part of groundworks for us, and we have the vehicles for it. Most general clearance firms will not take it or charge heavily to.
Do I need to be there?
Not if the waste is accessible and you have told us what is going. We will send you a photo of the cleared area and the transfer note.
