Pre-purchase surveys, insurance evidence and fault finding. You keep the video, the still images and a written report with the defects coded.
Report and footage included What is included →Drain repairs and lining
Cracked, displaced or root-damaged pipes put right. Patch liners and full length lining where we can, excavation where we must.
Quoted from camera evidence What is included →New drainage and soakaways
New foul and surface water runs, soakaways, land drainage, gullies and connections. Set out and laid to Part H, with the levels right.
Tested and filmed on completion What is included →Driveways and patios
Block paving, permeable paving, tarmac, resin bound, gravel and concrete. Excavated to depth with a real sub-base, edged and haunched.
No deposit, pay when finished What is included →Groundworks
Footings, concrete bases, retaining walls, site clearance, muck away and drainage for extensions, garages, garden rooms and new builds.

Vehicle crossings built to the highway authority's specification, with the Section 171 licence and the £10m cover the council insists on.

Scheduled jetting, gully and interceptor cleaning and CCTV inspection for letting agents, blocks of flats, pubs, care homes and councils.
